- What is the BCAA ?

BCAA Means Branched Chain Amino Acids.
BCAA are a group of three essential amino acids(leucine, isoleucine and valine) that improve endurance, muscle growth and dry. This is a product to be used by all practitioners of bodybuilding.
These three amino acids are called “essential” because they can not be synthesized by the body, so it is through food that we can provide our bodies the BCAA needed.

- Benefits of BCAA

BCAAs provide energy during your workouts.

During your session, the source of energy used by your muscles is “glycogen”, once exhausted the reserves, they will draw energy in muscle proteins, particularly in the amino acids that make up these proteins.
An external supply of BCAA will therefore limit the catabolism induced by training in providing these essential amino acids.
This will promote the recovery and muscle mass.

The BCAAs play several interesting roles for bodybuilders:
- Improving strength
- Energy supply for the workout, to improve your performance
- Loss of fat in the abdomen
- Increasing anabolism (muscle growth)

- How to use BCAA ?

BCAAs are mainly used during the workout, and you can take them also before and after.
You can take between 5 and 10grams before, during, and after training.
Although before, during and after training is the most important time to take BCAAs, there are other times of the day that they are of use, like breakfast, between meals, and before bed.

BCAAs are an excellent supplement, which should be part of the list of supplements to be used by all practitioners of bodybuilding.

Even beginners can take advantage. Unlike other supplements that have little interest for beginners, these amino acids can be used by all, as well as whey protein.
