You can always buy these shakes at a store, however I find making them myself saves time and money (not to mention the results are usually better tasting). Here you’ll find a quick easy shake I like to make.
- 2 cups Mocha Iced Coffee Milk
- 2 scoops Whey Protein
- 1 cup Old Fashioned Oats
- 2 tablespoons Creamy Peanut Butter
