EASIEST BODYBUILDING PROTEIN PANCAKES
Our recipe for today is an easy fitness / bodybuilding protein pancake.
Pancake is a flat cake, often thin, and round, prepared from a starch-based batter and cooked on a hot surface such as a griddle or frying pan.
They may be served at any time with a variety of toppings or fillings including jam, fruit, syrup, chocolate chips, or meat.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup oats
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- 1 scoop protein powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. sweetener
Makes 4 servings.
