Brewers yeast is a rich dietary supplement of vitamins, minerals and proteins. Recommended by nutritionists, it allows, in addition to nutrient intake, reduce fatigue and improve the absorption of other nutrients.

The brewers yeast is a unicellular fungus, which results in particular from the fermentation of the malt. it converses very badly under its natural shape, it is therefore generally found in dry form.

- B5: 10-20mg;
- B6: 5-10mg;
- B8: 50-100mcg;

These components make the yeast a good dietary supplement, especially for bodybuilding. It helps to restore intestinal balance, reduce acne, improve nutrient absorption and reduce fatigue.
